Introduction to Single Wall Glass Bioreactor GJG Type
The Ferbio-XGJG series single-wall glass bioreactor features a top-mounted magnetic or mechanical agitation system, with off-site sterilization. It offers fully automated program control for fermentation parameters, ensuring easy operation, convenient cleaning, and a compact design that saves space.
The standard model supports automatic control of pH, DO, foam, temperature, agitation, and gas. The control panel is available in English, Chinese, and Russian.
The GJG type consists of a single-layer glass vessel with a 316L stainless steel lid, electric heating blanket for temperature control, and an internal 316L cooling coil. It is suitable for various fermentation processes, including batch and fed-batch cultures. Applicable for the cultivation of bacteria, yeast, microorganisms, animal cells, algae, and more.
Customizable Single-Wall Glass Bioreactor
Available with a 10” or 15” color touchscreen that displays all measured values and control parameters. Each bioreactor typically includes four peristaltic pumps for acid, base, antifoam, and media addition.The system supports automatic control of pH, DO, temperature, agitation, and antifoam. Gas flow can be managed either manually or automatically via a mass flow controller.
All fermentation data is recorded with historical curves and can be exported via USB.
