Sterilizing in situ Glass Bioreactor GCA/GCAV/GJAV

FERBIO-XGCA/XGJAV/XGCAV (X means volume liters) sterilizing in situ glass bioreactor, multifunctional glass fermentation system, sterilization in place (SIP) , glass vessel with bottom magnetic or mechanical motor drive. Program auto control fermentation parameters, easy operation and clean, small and save place. Standard model control pH/DO/foam/temperature/agitation/gas.  Control panel language EN/CN/RU.

GCA/GJAV/GCAV type sterilizing in situ glass bioreactor is glass tank fermentation system with stainless steel 316L cover, bottom discharge. Manual control sterilization in situ. GCA is desktop. GJAV/GCAV is vertical on floor, movable by wheel.Meet various purposes of fermentation, such as batch, batch fed, and for bacterial, yeast, microorganism, animal cell culture, algae etc. culture.

10 inch color touch screen displays all measured values and control parameters, usually each bioreactor has 4 peristaltic pumps for acid, alkali, defoamer, medium. Automatic control pH/DO/temperature/agitation/antifoam. Gas has manual control and auto control (mass flow meter) for choose. All fermentation data have history curvy and can export by U disk.

Accept customize and design.More optional: Remote control, Mass flow meter, gas O2/N2/CO2, Exhaust gas (O2/CO2) analysis, Level sensor, Turbidity(OD) sensor, ORP sensor, Glucose detection,weight system, Live cell sensor(Biomass), Variable speed pump, Printing, 15” color touch screen, Siemens screen, program open setting etc..
