The high-throughput micro bioreactor is a compact micro fermenter featuring semiconductor-based dry temperature control and water-free condensers. It offers multi-channel operation, high throughput, a small footprint, and a lightweight design, making it an excellent tool for R&D applications.
This system operates completely without water, providing energy-efficient and environmentally friendly performance that meets the diverse needs of modern laboratories. For optimal parameter control, the maximum total working volume of this model is 2 L.
Ferbio micro bioreactor Meet Various Production Needs
The FERBIO-XGC-mini and FERBIO-XGJ-mini series are single full-glass vessel micro bioreactors designed for flexibility and ease of use. Models are equipped with either a magnetic drive (GC) or mechanical drive (GJ) on the top. These systems feature off-site sterilization, automated program control of key fermentation parameters, and a compact, space-saving design that ensures simple operation and convenient cleaning.
Standard configurations allow precise control of pH, DO, foam, temperature, agitation, and gas flow, with a control panel interface available in English, Chinese, and Russian.
The micro bioreactor is suitable for a wide range of fermentation processes, including batch and fed-batch modes, and supports the cultivation of bacteria, yeast, microorganisms, animal cells, and algae.
